You can apply online now by using the online application form or alternatively you can download the Word document further down this page, complete it and email it to the address shown, before the closing date of 5pm on 31st August 2010.

The panel will shortlist the best 6 ideas for interview during the month of September 2010.

Anyone over 18 living in Northern Ireland can enter by completing the simple application form.
